Styling Services

Our interior styling consultation services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. However, we offer the following accommodations:

  • Free revision of design plans within 14 days of delivery if they do not meet the agreed specifications
  • Credit toward future services if you are unsatisfied with your consultation experience
  • Full refund if we are unable to deliver the agreed services within the scheduled timeframe

Consultation Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation with the following conditions:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a small fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but rescheduling may be available

Product Recommendations

Products purchased based on our recommendations are subject to the return policies of the respective vendors. Charmingflexible does not handle returns for products purchased from third-party retailers. We recommend:

  • Reviewing the return policy of each vendor before purchasing
  • Keeping all receipts and order confirmations
  • Contacting us if you need assistance with a vendor return process

Design Materials

Digital design materials such as mood boards, floor plans, and styling guides are non-refundable once delivered. These materials represent intellectual property and creative work that cannot be returned.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within the applicable timeframe
  2. Provide your consultation date and service details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for us to review and respond

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
